Delivery processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and are normally delivered within 5 days within the United States. International shipments are normally delivered within 28 days. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipments may be delayed if we are processing a large number of orders. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Unless delivery is stipulated to be free of charge or a flat rate, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product. Occasional delivery delays may occur.
Delivery address
Please make sure to provide a valid delivery address. In case the courier service sends the order to an incorrect address, surcharges will be charged to your account.
Dispatch confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping outside the United States
The customer is responsible for paying taxes and/or any other customs related fees in their country upon receipt of the product.
Damages
