Serviplus return policy will help you if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We are here to help you.
Returns and exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange a product that is in perfect condition, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. For the return or exchange process to be possible, the product must meet the following conditions:
- In its original packaging.
- Not to have been used.
- Be in the same condition in which it was received.
- You must present the receipt or proof of purchase.
These rights do not limit other consumer protections that may apply under state or federal law.
Refunds
Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the product is in perfect condition, we will refund the price directly to your credit card (or the payment method used). The time frame in which you will receive the refund will depend on the policies of the bank issuing your card.
Product warranty
If the product has manufacturing defects or has been damaged during shipment, you can request:
- Product replacement.
- Free repair.
- Full refund, if the product cannot be repaired or replaced.
These options will be available for30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Shipping
The customer will be responsible for paying shipping charges to return their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
