We are here to help you.<\/p>\n<h2>Returns and exchanges<\/h2>\n<p>If you wish to return or exchange a product that is in perfect condition, you have <strong>30 days<\/strong> from the date of receipt to do so. For the return or exchange process to be possible, the product must meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In its <strong>original packaging<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Not to have been <strong>used<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Be in the same <strong>condition in which it was received<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>You must present the <strong>receipt<\/strong> or proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These rights do not limit other consumer protections that may apply under state or federal law.<\/p>\n<h2>Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the product is in perfect condition, we will refund the price directly to your credit card (or the payment method used). The time frame in which you will receive the refund will depend on the policies of the bank issuing your card.<\/p>\n<h2>Product warranty<\/h2>\n<p>If the product has manufacturing defects or has been damaged during shipment, you can request:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Product replacement<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Free repair<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Full refund<\/strong>, if the product cannot be repaired or replaced.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These options will be available for<strong>30 days<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the product.<\/p>\n<h2>Shipping<\/h2>\n<p>The customer will be responsible for paying shipping charges to return their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
