Education and Training
In 1993 he obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Saint Thomas in Miami, Florida, and was admitted to the Florida Bar. He then completed a Master of Science in Taxation at Florida International University in 2000. His educational background is complemented by his membership in the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and the Federal Bar Association. In addition, Alexander is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Foundation of the Institute
Throughout his distinguished career, he has represented clients in areas such as civil, immigration, criminal, corporate, family and contract law. This led him to found the Paralegal Institute of the Americas in 2009, an institution dedicated and committed to training successful immigration paralegals in the United States.
